A scarf ring is the perfect accessory for a hand woven scarf! This one from Bayou Bend Studio. This is one of the prettiest I have seen. I like wearing it so that the intricate center shows!

A recent family reunion inspired me to start a series of scarves for Mark’s female cousins. Here are scarves 1 and 2. 3 and 4 are on the looms!
I’ve been waiting to post this until Mark’s cousin, Linda, received the scarf. This is the second in my ‘cousin series’ inspired by a recent family reunion. This was woven on a rigid heddle loom, 8 dent reed, pickup stick lace pattern.
Rigid heddle, 10 dent reed. Whisper Lace yarn: cloudy warp, mallow weft. Finished dimensions: 84 inches long and six inches wide.

Duet linen/cotton from Gist yarn in stone, marble, and cerise. Woven on a Rigid Heddle loom, 10 dent reed with pickup stick behind heddle for 3 in 1 lace sections. Finished length, 66 inches plus 5 inches fringe on each end.
